CMS Library Helpers

Library helpers are important to good library services. Our student helpers serve the students in the school by checking out books, providing basic research support, and by helping to complete the many projects that the librarian and professional library aide take on. Library helpers serve all library patrons, both students and teachers, with a smile and a pleasant, helpful attitude. If you would like to become a CMS Library Helper contact Mrs. Zeigler or Mrs. Getz in the CMS Library.

2009-2010 CMS Library Helpers

Due to schedule changes this school year our helpers could only work during Flex Periods limiting the number of students who could participate. This year's group picture was taken during the 2009-10 Library Helper Breakfast held on December 21, 2009. Students once again had fun eating muffins, fruit, and drinking Sunny D. Prizes were given away as you can see in the following photo. Library aides earn treats throughout the year. This year student helpers rotated between helping with Flex Check-in, Checking out Library Resources, and helping with Technology in the Library classroom.
